IT-BUSINESS ANALYST -Kolansoft Inc.-Jersey City-Serve as a liaison between units and tech and support teams. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions. Use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis. Critically evaluate info gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level info details abstract up from low-level info to general understanding and distinguish user requests from underlying true needs.Proactively communicate and collabrate with external and internal customers to analyze info needs and functional requirements and deliver following artifacts as needed:functional requirements, business requirements , business requirements document, Use cases , GUI, screen and interface designs.Successfully engage in multiple initatives simaltaneously.
Educational Qualifications
Must Have Bachelor's or equiv, Business Administration; Computer Science
Experience
Minimum 2-5 years of Solid Experience. Will require References
Quality Analyst - Jersey City- Title- Sr.quality Analyst required immediately
Skills Preferred
*5+ years experience in SQE (data-driven, white box test automation and
system level testing) , experience with Databases and SQL , Web
applications Testing , programming experience in Java or C++ ,
automation scripting language, Java Script, J-Unit and/or Selenium,
Html Unit, Perl, Experience with J2EE Technologies (e.g. JSP, Servlets,
EJB, WebServices, SOA) . Experience in delivering engineering
applications using agile/scrum and/or waterfall methodolog
Desired Skills:
*Experience
in multi-platform testing (Windows, UNIX, LINUX) , Oracle financial
applications (Oracle AR, GL), SOA BPEL and PL/SQL
*Familiar with Open Source Automation Frameworks
*Develop test strategies and write Test plans
*Develop test scenarios and write test procedures
*Review test plans, scenarios and test procedures with the teams
*Develop test data
*Work with the Basis team on setting up the test system (including security)
*Coordinate the testing programs, including the tracking of defects
*Document the results of testing and provide a presentation for management
*Provide regular statuses on the testing program to the Project Manager
*Work with the Project Manager to identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.
*Perform other testing related tasks that are required to ensure that the project is completed successfully and on schedule.
